YouTube is one of the most popular websites on the internet, where many go to share their work, lives and lots of copyrighted content. Now, filmmaker Charles Ferguson is bringing his documentary "No End in Sight" to YouTube, completely legally and free of charge.
Ferguson's movie was an Oscar nominee for best feature-length documentary and winner of a special jury prize at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival. "Sight" is a comprehensive look at the Bush Administration's conduct of the Iraq war and its occupation of the country.
So if you wanted to see the movie, but haven't had a chance, you can check it out on YouTube between September 1st and November 4th. This makes "Sight" the first widely released feature film to play in full on the site. I just hope the quality is not as poor as most of the YouTube videos.
This is obviously an attempt to sway American votes before the Presidential election in November.
